i love summer. all ive been doing day in and day out is 1. playing softball, 2. working (aka hanging out with my friends, shopping, and getting paid) 3. hanging out with friends outside of work, and 4. pretty much nothing. after such a crazy first year it’s really good to be able to just RELAX and not be stressed out for things! i love it :) this quote by audrey giorgi says just what i’m doing : “once in a while you have to take a break and visit yourself” well, i’m visiting myself and i dont plan on leaving for 79 more days!!!!
the season finale of gossip girl - AMAZING!!!! chuck finally told blair he loved her, gossip girl (kinda) revealed herself, little j became the queen bee, lily and rufus are engaged, and the cliffhangers are in place to guarantee a great next season. yay!
one of my new favorite awful trash shows is daisy of love on VH1. daisy was on rock of love with brett michaels, and since she got kicked off she got her own show. so now she’s trying to fall in love with a bunch of tatted up rock guys. most of them are just discusting, but i absolutely want her to pick chi chi, who is just the sweetest, cutest guy ever. he’s just a sweetheart…i just want to eat him up!! i kinda wish she doesn’t pick him so i can find him and snatch him up for myself :) so here’s a pic of my future man :

i’ve been back now for nearly a week, and it’s been pretty low-key so far. i went back to marshalls for work, and nearly everything is the same. some new security things they’re trying out, but nothing major.
i also had a softball game. i’ve played softball for my neighborhood’s team since i was a wee little kid, and it’s always been with the same group of girls. last year i didnt play, and i wasn’t planning on playing this year. however, i got a call in the middle of march from my mom saying they’re trying to start a team and i got asked to play. who could turn that down? so i reluctantly said yes, and although i went in with no practice and rusty after a year of not playing, i played pretty, suprisingly, well. i was pitcher ( as always ) and didn’t walk anyone ( always my goal ) and struck out not one or two girls, but THREE! i also got some other fielding outs, a double, RBI, and single. overall i’d say it was a pretty good first game, even if we still lost 9-5. there’s always next game - tomorrow.
so other than that, i’ve been chilling and actually sleeping..reading..watching movies and the like. tonight is work, and i get to see chris! yayyyyyyyy :)
